The hotel has a great location, close to coffee shops, stores and easy access to transportation. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with decent choices, and rooms were comfortable with very affordable rates.

The walls were unbelievably thin, so you could hear everything from your neighbor's room. , communication was an issue as most of the staff could barely speak English.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and offers easy access to other transport. the historic city centre, cafes and shops are just a short walk away. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are comfortable and come at a good price.

Some staff members have difficulty speaking English.

We liked everything! The managment and staff were wonderful! Very polite, friendly and on arrival offered us drinks and sweets. Our flight was at 9.00pm after checkout and we were able to use our room as normal until 7.00pm when they drove us to the airport! Hospitality was a 10+. I would recommend 'Gloria Tibi Hotel' to anyone coming to Samsun. (It is also a short walk to Ataturk Park and the tramway to Universite.) The hotel is new, and has only been opened for 1 month.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the city center and with easy access to transportation. I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it had convenient parking facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests I had.

Fantastic location, national cafes, shops nearby, easy access to transportation, 5-minute walk to city center. Night shift staff more helpful and kind. Upgraded to suite for pets. Secured parking organized. Excellent staff, 10/10 service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Location was great, close to shops, cafes, and transportation. the staff was polite and responsive to our Xmas needs. We could also see the Xmas lights from our room which was a nice touch.

The room was outdated and had seen better days. There were stains on the carpet and curtains, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom looked old and worn out.
